What you can practice

Botulinum toxin

Precise point injections across all facial zones. The skin accepts needle entry without leaving visible marks — train repeatedly without surface degradation.

Dermal fillers

Introduce gel filler or a filler simulator fluid to feel true tissue resistance and bolus placement at depth.

Cannula techniques

Sub-dermal glide, retrograde injection, fanning — all replicable with standard cannulas.

Thread lifting

Mono, screw, and bidirectional threads can be introduced multiple times. Cog threads are possible but require more careful technique due to anchoring resistance.
